  Even though this is already the rule by HM Rev & Customs it's not forced. But I feel that an internship shouldnt need to be paid as you are there to learn, though I have been in a position where I have worked hard, but the boss of the company was having financial issues and tried her hardest to not pay mine or any of the other interns expenses even though it was agreed she'd pay them from the begining. I think that interns should have protection against people like this.
